Strategic Planning

Assists in creating, implementing, and evaluating a long range strategic plan for the library.
Qualifications: Committee members should have a background in

• Strategic planning
• Non-profits
• Organizational structures
• Community development
• Other related fields

Time Commitment: The time commitment for a Strategic Planning Committee member will vary. Expect a time range of 8-12 hours per year. Committee membership is for one year.
