Personnel and Law

Assists in the development, review and authorization of policies, procedures, the Association by-laws, and any other matters that may require legal investigation. Assists with HR procedures including the Director’s evaluation and contract.

Qualifications: Committee members should have a background in

  • Law
  • Human Resources
  • Other related fields

Time Commitment: The time commitment for a Personnel and Law Committee member will vary based on the number of initiatives. Expect a time range of 8-12 hours per year. Committee membership is for one year.
