Join Ms. Lisa, a Certified Yoga Instructor RYT-200, for yoga at the Library this winter. We'll host two monthly programs, the first Saturday of the month, January through March.
Children 3, 4, 5 and a parent or caregiver are invited to Parent/Child Preschoolers Yoga. Enjoy your yoga practice together in this class designed especially for little yogis and their caregivers.
Children grades K-5 can enjoy Kids’ Yoga. School-aged children are invited to practice with Ms. Lisa and learn basic yoga poses and relaxation techniques.
