Reading Olympics Club
You're already reading the books; now come have some fun with them at HTFL! Each month, we'll highlight a different book from the Elementary Reading Olympics list and participate in a variety of related activities and crafts.
PAWS for Reading
Grades K and up
Come to HTFL and practice reading to the best listener—A dog! Therapy dogs Rutland, Ziggy and Piper come to the Library to meet with young readers and listen to children read a book of their choice.
Within a week from the program date, you will be assigned a 10-minute time slot for your child to read with one of the therapy dogs. Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your time begins.

Come for bingo, leave with great books to add to your personal library.

Around the World in 3 Weeks
Explore the world without ever leaving HTFL! Using the laptop lab, help Ms. Roxane plan a trip around the world and also enjoy related crafts and snacks each week.

Join us as we use paper and scissors to learn tricks and amaze your family and friends!
