How to Use Pinterest

Pinterest is an online tool for collecting and organizing the things you love into digital bulletin boards—or vision boards.  In this workshop, held on Wednesday, May 1st at 7pm, you'll learn how to create a  digital vision board, share your boards with friends, and view other inspiring boards. 

All participants will learn hands-on using the Library’s new Mobile Learning Lab.

Teen Author Visit

Join us Tuesday, April 16th at 3pm, as one of Havertown’s favorite  teachers talks about his latest book!

Mr. Langin has taught at Haverford Middle School for almost a decade. He enthusiastically spreads his love for English to his students, it’s infectious!

MusicWorks JAMS Raffle!

In honor of National Library Week, MusicWorks will raffle off a gift certificate for one 10-week session of MusicWorks JAMS, held weekly on Tuesday and Thursday  mornings at MusicWorks (value $165).  

Fill out an entry when you are at the HTFL between April 14th and 20th! The winner will be drawn at our Magic of Taddo Show on Saturday, April 20th at 10:30am. You do not need to be present to win!

Celebrate Local Authors

Did you know we have many published authors right here in Haverford Township?  Meet some of these writers at our Celebrate Local Authors event on Sunday, April 14th at 2pm, as we observe National Library Week. 

Come hear authors Joyce Magnin, Matt Phelan, Alison Hicks, and Kathleen Heady talk about their books. 

Their books will also be available for sale. Please come support our local authors!

What Do I Do With All The Paper?

Are you buried in paper? You know you need to get your financial, health, and other paperwork organized, but you don't know where to start.

In this program, Professional Organizer Sara Long teaches you why you're getting so much paper, how to sort it, how to maintain a system, and how to prevent unwanted mail from continuing to come in. Join us on Sunday, April 7th at 2pm for the program.
