Autism: The Journey Begins

A diagnosis of Autism - What does this mean for my family? What are the issues that we will face? What options and resources do we have to help our child?  Join us on Sunday, October 23rd at 2pm for this panel discussion.

The journey that many families make with a child with Autism can be confusing. This panel discussion program is for parents, grandparents, caregivers and others who know of families that are facing a recent diagnosis of Autism. The program is designed to help parents by providing information about Autism, options for therapy, and resources.

Representatives from the DCIU Early Intervention Program, The Center for Autism Research at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Theraplay, and PA Mentor will be on hand to answer questions and talk about options and resources for families.

This program is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
