A New Look

Wreath Decorating Workshop

Come decorate a fresh evergreen wreath at the library Thursday December 3rd from 6:30-8:30pm. Light refreshments will be served. Some supplies will be available, or you may bring your own.

Book Bites Luncheon

Join us Wednesday December 2nd at 12pm for a Book Bites Luncheon. Librarians and staff will discuss fiction and non-fiction selections for your reading enjoyment.

Meet the Author TONIGHT: Jim Zervanos

Jim Zervanos will be at HTFL on Tuesday, November 10th at 7pm to discuss his novel Love Park.

Zervanos' novel reveals the passion and secrets of a Greek-American family, set against the backdrop of the rarely recognized beauty of the city of Philadelphia.

Mr. Zervanos will be available for book signing; copies can be purchased that evening.

National Memory Screening Day

Senior Helpers will be holding free screenings for seniors at at HTFL from 10am to 2pm on Tuesday, November 17, The Alzheimer's Association of America's National Memory Screening Day.

The free screening is open to any interested senior and consists of a one-on-one interview with a Senior Helpers professional asking a series of questions along with certain tasks designed to test memory, language skills, thinking ability and other intellectual functions.

Friday Flick: Roman Holiday

Join us this Friday, November 6th, at 7pm for our First Friday Flick! This month we'll be viewing Roman Holiday.

This 1953 classic film stars Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn in her Oscar-winning performance.
